Starting to use keyboard shortcuts is really fun as it makes your workflow navigating through the web less interrupted and more fluent.

However, most of the guides teaching these shortcuts are way too detailled, as in daily life you probably only need a handful of them 80% of the time.

So here are 4 common ones to start with:

  • Open a new tab: cmd + t
  • Close the current tab: cmd + w
  • Jump to address bar: cmd + l
  • Switch one tab left/right: alt + cmd + ← / →

Bonus

Open Emoji-Picker: ctrl + cmd + space

Happy browsing :)
